Our objective is to assist foreign countries, state programs, and industries both domestic and international with their food safety systems. We provide formal classroom training on HACCP, SSOP's, SPS, E.coli and Salmonella testing, Humane Slaughter of Livestock, and FSIS Rules of Practice. In addition, we conduct in-plant training and provide pre-USDA FSIS audit assessments using FSIS requirements and methodology on the establishment and the food safety system.
Together, Royce Sperry and Dr. Seitz have over 65 years experience with USDA FSIS in slaughter (red meat and poultry), processing, audits, and supervision. Since starting our business, we have provided consulting services to both state programs and foreign governments to aid in obtaining equivalency status of their inspection programs. We are in a unique situation to assist our customers since we have conducted many FSIS reviews and audits, both internationally and domestically.
